It is our policy to get your purchase out the door ASAP. Our new shipping collection time ranges from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. We strive to have all orders shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekend and holidays. On occasion, we make additional shipments in the afternoons and on Saturdays.
Please ensure your order and address are correct. If you find an error, we recommend you call us ASAP. You may email, but understand there are times, due to the rush to get items out the door to our customers, we might not see your email before shipping.
Incorrect Addresses- We are responsible to get orders addressed and shipped as provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, we will re-ship the item if it is returned to us but any additional expense will be invoiced to the customer.
Items Indicated As Delivered By Tracking- All shipments are made with tracking by the carrier. If a customer does not receive a package that is recorded as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to check with their local post office. We recommend immediately notifying the specific postal carrier and checking with neighbors. Incorrectly delivered shipments are extremely rare and almost in every case have been stuck in the wrong mailbox. The most common occurrences of misdelivered packages occur at apartment complexes.
